LONGER TERM/SHORT-HOLD TENANCIES
Our private Houses and Flats offer individuals or couples short-term tenancy agreements.
We offer long term tenancies to Individuals and Couples
Who are responsible for a child or children
Who are responsible for other family members
Our houses and flats are 'let' on an unfurnished basis. Applications will be assessed to ensure each property meets the individual housing needs of each prospective tenant.
Short-term tenancies are offered for longer term lets, and can range from 6 months to several years.
